Where do you ship?
We proudly offer worldwide shipping to most countries! However, we’re unable to deliver to some remote locations and certain areas in Asia. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.

Free Shipping
• Available on all orders over $50
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Total estimated delivery is approximately 11-27 business days from your order date. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping fees.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All Standard Shipping orders include full tracking information. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Free Shipping orders via EMS may have limited tracking depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the simple process and provide a return authorization if applicable.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel that has been worn or removed from its original packaging in an unsanitary manner. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Final sale items are also not eligible for return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned items and verify they meet our return conditions, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

How should I care for my lingerie and swimwear?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your intimate apparel, we recommend:
• Hand washing in cool water with mild detergent
• Avoiding harsh chemicals and bleach
• Air drying away from direct sunlight
• Storing bras and structured items properly to maintain their shape
